We talk to our customers, work with them to develop projects and approaches and ask for feedback and recommendations for improvements. We recognise that SE2 and our customers form part of a wider community and aim to balance the needs of all parts of that community.
We seek to involve our clients, associates and stakeholders in the evolving vision of SE2, helping them to understand their contribution to our work, to accept ownership of challenges and responsibilities and to share their experiences and ideas.
SE2 brings a fresh approach to each consulting project. That approach, however, is built on solid process and system foundations.
We work closely with our clients to understand the requirements, risks and outcomes of a programme of work. We develop solutions based on the best blend of resources, methods and materials. We ensure clear lines of responsibility and accountability, and transparent channels of communication with our internal and external partners.
We are always looking for feedback from our team, our network, our clients and our community. Constructive feedback allows us to keep improving our services and our way of working.
Last, and perhaps most important, we place sustainability at the heart of everything that we do. All of our projects are ultimately aimed at improving environmental sustainability, and we like to practice what we preach. Our Environmental Policy has been used London-wide as an example of small business best practice, and we continually review our processes, our projects and our partnerships to make sure that we continue to excel.
