Event management

SE2 creates events which will inspire, challenge and explore.

The SE2 team has designed and managed events ranging from 6 person workshops to 300 person conferences, and we place a real emphasis on delivering innovative and interactive event formats which delegates will remember.

We are committed to making our events as sustainable as possible, and are working to ensure that all SE2 events meet the requirements of BS8901 Sustainable Event Management.

Our event management service has expanded to encompass all aspects of:

  • Event design – programme development, content planning and speaker liaison
  • Event marketing – creation and fulfilment of marketing strategies to target specific event audiences
  • Delegate management – handling bookings and enquiries, production of delegate information, ensuring delegate well-being
  • On site management – professional and efficient on site event management services
  • Reporting and evaluation – production of timely and well-written event reports, evaluation of delegate, client and supplier feedback
  • Logistics – venue identification and liaison, management of all logistical aspects (catering, IT/AV etc)

Sustainability is crucial to the SE2 approach to event management, and we take comprehensive steps to minimise the environmental impacts of travel, energy and water use, materials and waste. We also provide reports to our clients on the sustainability profile of their events, and communicate actively with delegates and suppliers about the sustainability objectives and features of our events.

We have designed and managed events for a wide range of clients, including the Carbon Trust, Energy Saving Trust, the Combined Heat and Power Association and the Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes.
