At the core of our service is our ability to manage time, costs and resources on sustainable energy projects.
From local, community-based projects to national strategy programmes, our project management work is based on our principled and structured approach to project management, our ability to generate new ideas and innovations, and our close, trust-based relationships with our clients.
We are open and honest with our clients, and expect the same in return. We invest time in planning our projects in order to reduce the risk of delays or surprises. Clear and frequent communications help all parties to understand how the project is progressing, any obstacles to overcome, and the opportunities for valuable new outcomes to be delivered.
Members of the SE2 team have provided support on secondment to the Sustainable Development Commission (overseeing work on sustainable buildings) and the Energy Saving Trust, managing their network of energy advisors and overseeing their managed housing project portfolio.
SE2 has successfully overseen strategic projects for the London Development Agency, the Department for Children, Schools and Families (through the SDC) and the Government Office for the East of England.
At a more local level, we have worked with North Fulham New Deal for Communities to deliver a communications and outreach programme targeting local tenants. We also project managed the completion of the Flagship Home sustainable refurbishment project for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
We are delighted to have worked very closely with the Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes throughout our existence, and have managed projects across a range of sectors. These include overseeing Partnership activities with local authorities, the home purchase and finance sector and the advice industry, as well as carrying out specific projects related to skills and training, supported housing for older people, hard-to-treat homes and private rented sector.
